Pick up tickets to First Night Springfield at any area Price Cutter, Kum & Go, Dillon’s, Smillie’s IGA, the Library Center, Library Station, Park Central Library or the Brentwood Branch Library. A ticket to this family-friendly New Year’s Eve event is an affordable way to stuff your families’ stockings with art, celebration and cherished memories.
At only $7 each or $25 for a family four-pack, a ticket to First Night costs less than a trip to the movies and includes access to over 20 different performances at 10 different venues in Downtown Springfield. The ticket is also good for hands-on activities at the YMCA, admission to the Discovery Center on New Year’s Eve and ice skating at Mediacom Ice Park. The evening is topped off with a fireworks finale at Midnight in Jordan Valley Park.
Whether you take advantage of all First Night has to offer, or just catch a few performances on your way to your New Year’s Eve destination, you’re sure to make memories with friends and family that will last for years to come.
This year's event will feature performances from Chris Sligh (American Idol, Season 6 finalist); Springfield’s own, Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin; the wildly popular teen group, SuperCharge, The Skinny Improv and many more of your favorite local performing groups.
First Night is a family-friendly, alcohol-free New Year’s Eve event that takes place in 10 venues in downtown Springfield including the Gillioz Theatre, Ozarks Regional YMCA, Park Central Library, Mediacom Ice Park, and many more.
