The Springfield Regional Arts Council (SRAC) will host a free public exhibition of student work from the International Baccalaureate (IB) program at Central High School. The exhibition, now in its seventh year, will showcase the art, film, music, and theater departments and will also display work from the English and science departments.
Susan Brown, Central IB art teacher, said, “The IB Show is a wonderful way for students to share and celebrate the hard work that they do throughout the year.”
The public is invited to attend the opening reception on First Friday Art Walk, April 4, 2014 from 6:00pm-9:00pm at The Creamery Arts Center. The work will be on display until Friday, April 25, 2014. Viewing hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm, and Saturday from 10:00am-4:00pm.
