For the Heer’s Lofts residential sales effort, Blue Urban has partnered with Michelle Cantrell of Carol Jones, Realtors. The sales process will be based on a first-come, first-served basis, with the first deposit check receiving the first selection in the draft. Deposits will be accepted at the offices of Michelle Cantrell at 3600 South National, Building B starting immediately. The $2,500 deposit will be 100% refundable if the individual decides not to purchase a loft before or during the sales event. Blue Urban is the most active developer of historic properties throughout the Midwest, with projects in St. Louis, Kansas City, Springfield and Ohio, with other locations on the horizon. They specialize in mixed-use adaptive reuse projects in downtown areas, with an emphasis on historic renovations. Kevin McGowan, CEO and President of Blue Urban, has led the revitalization of downtown St. Louis over the past decade with his work along Washington Avenue and at the Cupples Station Warehouses near Busch Stadium.
