C-Street Market

The Sweetest Little Market in Town™

Commercial Club of Springfield invites shoppers and vendors to enjoy the sweetest little neighborhood market in town. Located in and around the pavilion at the foot of the Jefferson Avenue Footbridge, the country’s longest pedestrian footbridge still in use, it’s a wonderful break from the hectic and hot pavement of larger markets. Leisurely and friendly, the C Street Market is a beautiful site to shop, sell, train watch or sight see and have a picnic lunch.

The C -Street Market’s 2013 Season runs from April 27 through October 19 on Saturdays from 7:30am until 1:00pm.

The C-Street Market accepts EBT and Debit transactions.

C-Street Market vendors tend towards small-scale farmers, bakers, crafters and talented artisan neighbors with a sense of entrepreneurship who yearn for a more intimate market experience. The C-Street Market is a celebration of food and locally-grown produce, where you can sample the goods and develop a relationship with the growers. You’ll enjoy freshly harvested fruits and vegetables, fresh ranch eggs, delightful bakery goods, bouquets of garden-grown flowers, herbs, organic produce, free-range fowl, and local handcrafts, often accompanied by the sounds of friendly, talented local musicians.
