The Front Porch opened in the fall of 2007 amongst bars, restaurants, galleries and theatres to serve the neighborhood as a center for community-building activities of all kinds. You’ll find a calendar full of free concerts, open mic nights, monthly art exhibits, dance parties, club meetings, discussion groups, worship gatherings, etc. Numerous refreshments are also served, including gourmet coffee and bottled sodas. Come to hang out, meet new people, take in some great music or make some yourself. And in the process, learn the true meaning of the word Community.
The Front Porch is owned and operated by The Core Fellowship, a casual, progressive and non-denominational faith community, which meets for worship at the Front Porch at 10:30 each Sunday morning. Everyone is welcome… come as you are!
