After 5 years coming up through Chicago’s notorious comedy scene, Kenny DeForest is now a New York-based comic known for combining keen, off-beat observations and astute satirical narratives with unbridled silliness to create a truly original blend of comedic styles and influences for his audiences to enjoy. Always fully committed to creating honest, soulful material, DeForest is a true eccentric who’s only mission in life is to be respected by his peers and to be in someone’s Top Five. That, and to never have to grow up.
Kenny is producer and co-host of “Comedy at the Knitting Factory”, widely considered to be one of New York City’s best independently run shows, and is a regular presence on the New York scene at large. He has appeared in the Brooklyn Comedy Festival, Cape Fear Comedy Festival, and Laugh Your Asheville Off Festival and was featured as an opening act for Hannibal Buress at Notre Dame. Most importantly, he really loves stand-up comedy and would love it if you came out to see him perform.
Stylistically manic, artistically brilliant, AJ Finney is an eclectic Mid-Westerner with a passion for the 60’s psychedelic scene. Comedy, Jam Bands, and Volkswagens that’s him, he’s like an Eco-Friendly, improvisational, sometimes philosophical, patchouli soaked quipster. AJ’s organic approach is refreshing, and his poetic steam of consciousness makes for a colorful and unforgettable comedic experience. In 2015 AJ joined T.J. Miller on the “Meticulously Ridiculous” Tour! In 2014 he was crowned The “Best of the Mid-West” winner at Gilda’s Laugh Fest, was featured on FOX’s television show “Laughs”, and was one of the 100 Chosen for Season 8 of NBC’s Last Comic Standing. He was a Simi- finalist in Comedy Central’s “Up Next”, and a finalist in the 2011 San Francisco International Comedy Competition. AJ was voted “Best in Fest” at the Detroit Laugh Fest in 2011, and was a finalist in HBO’s Lucky 21 Comedy
