The News-Leader’s staff photographers do some amazing work throughout the year, whether it’s following the most important news stories or finding breathtaking glimpses of Ozarks culture.
That’s why we are gathering at The Coffee Ethic on Feb. 5 from 6:30-10 p.m. for our Best of 2015 Photo Show —and you’re invited. Not only can you come and see our photographer’s favorite work from the past year, but you can meet the staff and purchase prints to help raise money for Harmony House. We also want to send a special thanks to our sponsor, Bedford Photo and Video, who is donating the prints to make this all possible.
There is no charge to attend the event, which is a part of First Friday Art Walk. Not only will you be able to purchase prints of the photos, but you can participate in our silent auction of 16×24 prints. To see the photos that will be at the show, check out this gallery: http://sgfnow.co/1Rq6ODH
More on Harmony House: The mission of Harmony House is to provide shelter, advocacy and education to survivors of domestic violence and promote the principle that all individuals have the right to a life free of abuse.
We will be sharing space with local artist Michelle Houghton, so be sure to look for her work, too!
We look forward to seeing you there, and bring as many friends as you can.
