Valentine’s Day Menu

Hors D’ouevres:
– 3 Terrell Creek Goat Cheese and Bacon Rangoons
– 3 Cashew Chicken Skewers with cashew butter oyster sauce
– 3 Smoked Salmon Canape’s with fresh dill mousse
– 3 Shrimp Cocktail with roasted red pepper cocktail sauce

Salad Choices:
– Farmers Market: Mixed greens, endive with boiled egg,
tomatoes, green onion, avocado, bacon and a burgundy
vinaigrette
– Urban Greens: Mixed greens, prosciutto, promegranate
vinaigrette
– Grains and Greens: Quinoa, farro, greens, beets, chevre,
and a citrus lavender vinaigrette

Entrees:
– Grilled 8oz Filet: Provelone herb grits and mushroom
bordelaise
– 16 oz Prime Grade Ribeye: Roasted potato medley, and
herb butter
– Crispy Skin Roasted Chicken: Mushroom and farro, fresh
herb lemon butter
– Grilled Pork Tenderloin: Sweet potato puree, bacon brussel
sprouts and maple bacon reduction
