The Springfield Little Theatre preview performance:
***Meshuggah Nuns from***
A zany, madcap, often uproarious, fast-paced show which is guaranteed to leave you laughing. The Little Sisters of Hoboken are at it again. The fun-loving nuns are on an all expense paid “Faiths of All Nations” cruise aboard the USS Golden Delicious. The ship encounters a seven day long storm at sea which incapacitates all but one of the cruise’s entertainment staff, Tevye of Fiddler On The Roof. Together, Tevye and the nuns put together a fun-filled musical for the passengers.
Tickets are on sale NOW! Click [here]( http://www.springfieldlittletheatre.org/meshuggah-nuns/content/view/18/41/) for show and ticket information.

**5:30 pm**
Misouri State University Tent Theatre Presents a preview performance of:
***Altar Boys***
ALTAR BOYS is a foot-stomping, rafter-raising, musical comedy about a fictitious boy-band on the last night of their national "Raise the Praise" tour. The Boyz are five all-singing, all-dancing heartthrobs from Ohio: Matthew, Mark, Luke, Juan, and Abraham. With their tight harmonies and spectacular choreography, the ALTAR BOYZ will delight our audiences. As they perform their signature hits such as "Rhythm In Me," "The Calling," and "I Believe," the Boyz question their loyalty to each other and ask whether or not faith is really holding them together. They finally deliver a message of unity, that "there is no star as bright as its constellation, no harmony in a single voice." For ticket and show information, please visit [MSU Tent Theatre](http://tenttheatre.missouristate.edu/).

**6:00 pm**
***Brother Wiley Band***
It's James Taylor meets Crosby, Stills & Nash, with a dash of The Byrds, sprinkled with Buffalo Springfield, and shredded Pure Prairie League layered across the top. Mixed with just the right amount of locally-grown, raucous Ozarks joie de vivre, and brought to a boil at just the right time, it will make you prettier. And taller. For the adventuresome, dip generously in Tom Petty. Enjoy with a tall glass of love--that's right, friends, homebrewed love--and you got yourself some songs that'll burn your soul. But no aftertaste. Aaron Holmes on percussion and vocals has been a mainstay of the Springfield music scene for well over a decade. Appearing most recently in the Sociables, the areas premier hip-hop funk mosters, Aaron has also done time with Smokin' Herb Green & the Rollers, Patrick Martin and one old guy and the Sundowners. Matt Maydew on mandolin, bass and vocals has been playing since he was a little tyke in bands as varied as Hogmolly, and Them Dang Peckerwoods with Bo, also Smokin' Herb Green & the Rollers, First Impression and Charliehorse. Fernando von Happenstance on vocal, guitar and a smattering of bass was the frontman for local insurgents Smokin' Herb Green and the Rollers and Uncommon Sense in addition to being active in the local theatre scene appearing in roles with the Springfield Opera, The Vandivort Center Theatre, Springfield Little Theatre and MSU.
