SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (March 4, 2015) – To mark 15 years of business in the Springfield area, Randy Bacon Photography invites the local community to its studio for a special celebration announcing the launch of its latest endeavor, “7 Billion Ones.”
For over a year, Bacon and his team have been laying the foundation for a passion project called 7 Billion Ones, a movement designed to empower people and humanitarian organizations. The project points strongly to the miracle and significance of each and every person within this world of over seven billion humans—that each person truly matters and has a story that counts. Through creative, thought-provoking storytelling (of individuals and non-profit groups) Bacon believes people will be inspired and enabled to change their lives and/or the lives of countless people around the globe. The 7 Billion Ones website will launch two weeks before the event.
Part of this launch night will be Bacon’s corresponding photo exhibit titled “7 Billion Ones,” featuring approximately 20 portrait photographs. Each piece of work will be paired with quotes from the subjects in the photographs with an overarching theme of empowerment through personal storytelling. Small bites and beverages will be served, and the night will end with a live musical act. Guests will also be able to participate in interactive activities to win prizes.
