European Cafe is home to pastry chef Uliana Komodi, affectionately known as the Dessert Master of 417-land. The cafe serves European desserts, American classics with a European twist and Lavazza, Italia’s favorite espresso. The cafe sources a variety of local, seasonal products including local milk from grass-fed cows.

European Cafe’s youngest barista is only five years old! His favorite creation is 1/2 sparkling water and 1/2 Blueberry Lavender Lemonade.
