Brian Allen founded Pension Consultants, Inc. in 1994 after realizing there were disconnects between the industry rules and regulations and how employer-sponsored retirement plans were actually being managed. Pension set out to create an innovative transparent, fee-for-service business model that focused on helping plan sponsors manage their retirement plans. With teams of experts in each of the four areas of retirement plan management: ERISA, investment, employee education, and vendor services, Pension is able to provide clients top-performing retirement plans for their employees.
Today, Pension has grown to serve clients with retirement plans of all sizes and in locations around the Midwest and Southern United States.
