We have brewed Doppelbock for the winter season since our first full winter in 1998. Double Track has rich, bread-like malt flavors, from a luscious blend of the best German Munich malts, it is served mit naturtrüb, or “with natural cloud”, not only does this contribute to its rich palate, but it also makes the bottles good for aging and cellaring.
