Actors Theatre of Missouri presents August Strindberg’s “Miss Julie”

February, 3 2019 | 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

1111 East Brookside Dr. Springfield, MO 65807

Actors Theatre of MIssouri presents our winter production of August Strindberg’s Miss Julie at the Springfield Art Museum’s auditorium, February 1, 2, and 3, 2019. Curtain is 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 2:00 p.m. on Sunday. Doors open 30 minutes before curtain. Admission is free, but donations are gladly accepted at the door.

Set in the steamy Louisiana bayou of 1921, Miss Julie, directed by ATM member Samantha Henrizi and starring McKenna Murdock, Jordan Thomas, and Elizabeth Kaatz Bonkoski, is Strindberg’s classic drama of class struggle, the abuse of power, and one’s hope for absolution at any cost.

Actors Theatre of Missouri, through its production arm Springfield’s Skakespeare at the Columns, is proud to continue its seventh season of free classic theatre at the Springfield Art Museum.
