This Monday, Varsity Improv will be hosting a Beginner improv class at the Creamery Arts Center.

This class is great for performers of all experience levels. Students totally new to improv will experience a fun environment that’s encouraging and positive. More experienced improvisers will learn invaluable fundamentals and be given personal feedback.

About The Instructor:
Andy Barrett has been improvising for about 5 years, and teaching for 3. In addition to performing in Springfield, he has taken classes and performed in Kansas CIty and Chicago. He has also taken workshops and Skype improv lessons from teachers and coaches at iO, Second City, UCB, and more.

Event Details:
– Open to anyone over 18.
– Minimum 4 students, maximum 15. First come, first serve based on who signs up first.
– Class will be held at The Creamery Arts Center in the “boardroom”.
– Time: 7:00-9:00pm
– Price: Pay what you can
