Jordan Valley Community Health Center is hosting a vaccine clinic at the Mother’s Brewing Co. Receive a free pint of beer with your vaccine for individuals ages 21+.

Individuals will have the opportunity to choose one of the following vaccines:
– Pfizer:
Approved for individuals 12+ years of age. 12-17 year olds must have a parent/guardian present.
Requires a booster dose in 3 weeks.
Approved for individuals 12+ years of age. 12-17 year olds must have a parent/guardian present.
Requires a booster dose in 3 weeks.
– Johnson & Johnson:
Approved for individuals 18+ years of age.
Only requires one dose.
Approved for individuals 18+ years of age.
Only requires one dose.
Your appointment will take approximately 30 minutes which includes an observation time after receiving the vaccine.
There is no cost for receiving a vaccine.
