Get Your Mix On Route 66! is part of our Distillery Diaries event series, a guided tasting experience that celebrates exceptional spirits and the stories behind them. This special edition is inspired by the spirit of the Mother Road and serves as the perfect kickoff to the Route 66 Festival.

Join us as we partner with Springfield’s own Ty Iechyd Da Distillery to showcase their Centennial Line—a collection of handcrafted spirits created in honor of the 100th anniversary of Route 66. Distilled right here in the Ozarks, these limited-release spirits pay tribute to the history, adventure, and communities that have made Route 66 an American icon.

Led by Cat Wellever, guests will get an inside look at the distilling process, learn the inspiration behind the Centennial Line, and discover what makes each spirit unique. You’ll also take part in a hands-on cocktail class where you’ll create a Route 66-inspired cocktail using one of the featured Centennial spirits, while tasting the full lineup throughout the evening.

Your ticket includes a guided tasting of the Centennial Line, one handcrafted cocktail, and the opportunity to chat with an industry professional about craft distilling, cocktail creation, and the stories behind every bottle. After the tasting, stick around to enjoy live music, mingle with fellow whiskey and cocktail enthusiasts, and kick off Route 66 Festival weekend in style. Full bottles of the Centennial Line will also be available for purchase at special event pricing through Moxy Springfield Downtown following the event.
