Trunk contents aid in telling the stories of Springfield natives who served in the military during WWII, women’s roles during the war, O’Reilly General Hospital, and more. A few items found in the trunk include reproductions of a US Navy winter uniform, military issue sewing kit, and toilet paper rations.
