2021 marks our 95th year of entertaining travelers and residents alike in the historic Gillioz Theatre! Throughout the year we are celebrating with special events and giveaways, but THIS is the Show Stopper! With the generous cooperation of Youngblood Auto Group, the historic Gillioz is raffling off this incredible Nissan Rogue S FWD! Here are some of the details: • Tickets are just $25 each, or 5 tickets for $100! • You can purchase tickets at the Gillioz Box Office during regular box office hours, at the various locations and special events we will be popping up with the Rogue, or online at GILLIOZ.ORG! • Tickets are limited to 2000 total, so the odds are good! • The winner will be announced at our 95th Anniversary Event on Saturday, October 9, 2021. You will not have to be present to win, but you’re going to WANT to be! • Proceeds benefit the Gillioz Center For Arts & Entertainment – a 501C-3 Non-Profit committed to enhancing the quality of life in the Ozarks through music and the arts! Raffle Terms and Conditions:
Youngblood Auto Group is providing a 2021 Nissan Rogue S FWD.
Ticket distribution limited to 2000. Must be age 18 or over to participate. Winner to be announced October 9, 2021 at the Gillioz 95th Anniversary Celebration. Winner does not have to be present to win. All vinyl stickers on the vehicle are removable. Proceeds benefit the Gillioz Center For Arts & Entertainment, a 501c-3 nonprofit theatre.
*At least 1400 tickets must be sold or the raffle will revert to a 50/50 cash drawing. Per IRS regulation, the price paid for this raffle ticket is not tax deductible. Winner is responsible for taxes, licenses, transfers, etc. within 30 days. Vehicle will be driven to local events only. Estimated miles on vehicle to raffle winner is approximately 1500 miles. Vehicle Wrap is removable. Winner can choose to apply the value of the vehicle. $27,635.00, towards the purchase of another vehicle at Youngblood Auto Group. Only official opportunity drawing tickets will be accepted. No photocopies permitted. The donated vehicle shall only be received in the city of Springfield, Missouri. Winner is responsible for providing valid tax identification, income and other taxes, license, title, registration and other expenses associated with receiving the prize. Prizes are non-transferable (e.g. winner must take title to vehicle) and no substitutions for cash or other prizes permitted by winner (although Charity and/or Youngblood Auto Group may substitute prizes at their discretion). Under IRS guidelines, the winner of any non-cash prize worth over $5,000.00 (after deducting the cost of this ticket) must pay a withholding tax to the Charity equal to 25% of the fair market value of the prize minus the cost of this ticket. Charity will remit this withholding tax amount to the IRS. The winner shall be required to execute and notarize an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release and return to Charity within 30 days, or an alternative winner shall be selected, at random, from the remaining raffle tickets, at a time to be determined and a location to be announced within 30 days of the original drawing. Participants agree to release Charity and Youngblood entities from any liability, including without limitation, property loss, injury or death resulting from participation in opportunity drawing or use of any prizes.
