The Inner Circle Vodka Bar’s seasonal infusion class is a fun way to learn to make your own infused cocktails. The class includes learning to make three different Summer infusions, taste what the infused liquors should taste like when done, sample cocktails based on the infusions, put together your own home infusion kits and partake in some food that compliments the flavors of the cocktails. Inner Circle’s Summer infusions are some of their most popular drinks and make use of fresh fruits and herbs that are in season. Class size is limited so make sure you get your tickets early. $40 covers cocktails and infusion kit ingredients and $5 covers food.
