Tsarry Night is a Russian Imperial Stout that has been in our winter line up at SBC since 2014. Its black-as-night hue comes from the expert blend of roasted barley, chocolate malt, and dark crystal malt. We then carefully aged this Stout in Basil Hayden Bourbon Barrels for 10 months allowing the Stout to pick up the beautiful complexities of the wood, bourbon, and oak. Next came the interweaving of Tahitian and Bourbon vanilla beans for a velvety sweet kiss of vanilla that perfectly accents the rich roasted depths of flavor.
