Based out of Joplin, MO, the founding members of Whisky Outlaws are far from local. Thaddaeus Morton and Corey Reagin hail from opposite sides of the country, Montana and South Carolina respectively. Founded in 2019 after a chance meeting in a music store, Whisky Outlaws strives to blend the best of old and new. Drawing inspiration from both the Nashville scene and the Red Dirt scene, Whisky Outlaws cite artists such as Brad Paisley, Alan Jackson, Turnpike Troubadours, and Tyler Childers as influences.
