Join Eating the Ozarks and Hotel Vandivort on the Vantage rooftop Sunday, August 28 for a celebration of local and wild edible food native to the Ozarks. Award-winning, Chef Calvin Davis will curate a tasting menu in collaboration with “Eating in the Ozarks” with local forager Rachael West.
This dinner is the culmination of a week-long event highlighting wild foods and is part of Hotel Vandivort’s commitment to partnering with local vendors and combatting food insecurity in our region.
Tickets are $85 per guest with an optional natural wine pairing for an additional fee. All dietary restrictions will be honored with advance notice.
