Join us Wednesday, November 17th at 6pm for a memorable evening filled with local flavors from notable chefs and purveyors. Hosted by wild foraging guru, Rachael West of Eating The Ozarks, along with Springfield Brewing Company’s Chefs, and Mixologists.
Enjoy a 4 course meal infused with wild ingredients and highlighting local farmers and artisans including: Urban Roots Farm, Circle B Ranch, and Ty Iechyd Da Distillery.

Intermezzo Cocktail: Nature’s Green Thumb with Chartreuse, Double Barrel Double Oaked Dark Rum and Elderberry Dust
