Downtown Springfield Association

The 21st annual Cider Days on Historic Walnut Street will be held on September 15 and 16, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. This two-day fall festival will feature regional artists and crafters, three performance stages, fall-themed activities for kids, and, of course, delicious apple cider!

Artists and crafters from across the region exhibit at Cider Days, selling a variety of handmade products including jewelry, pottery, glass, wood, furniture and much more.

Admission is $4 per person; children 10 and under are free.

Come experience the first days of fall among the historic Victorian homes on picturesque, tree-lined Historic Walnut Street!  Cider Days is presented by CoxHealth, managed by the Downtown Springfield Association and hosted by Historic Walnut Street Association.

Applications for 2018 Cider Days are officially open.

If you answered yes to any of those above questions, apply for 2018 Cider Days below. We’re looking for 80 artist or crafters, 30 performers, 20 food vendors, 10 nonprofits,  5 sponsors and 75 volunteers.

Artist Application

Exhibit and sell your art and handmade goods to more than 20,000 attendees. Every application is reviewed by an independent team of jurors and 80 artists are invited to be a part of the show.

Food Vendor Application

Reach more than 20,000 attendees with your delicious food. Cider Days features about 20 food vendors serving everything from kettle corn to apple cider.

Note: Every food vendor must turn in a temporary health department form to the city.

Nonprofit Application

Get the word out about your cause at Cider Days 2018, reaching more than 20,000 attendees. The event features 10 local nonprofits with a discounted booth rate.

All nonprofit booths are asked to provide an art-related activity for kids. Soliciting donations or selling art is prohibited.

We’re looking for the best of the best local volunteer performers. The festival features 30 musical acts on 3 different stages. It is a great way to get your band’s name out into the Springfield community.

Scarecrow Village Contest
