5 Pound Apparel is open to the public. They are taking a few precautions to keep their staff and customers safe.
Occupancy will be limited to 10 customers. Customers are asked to sanitize their hands as they walk into the store. Payment will be through credit card, Apple, Google or Samsung pay.
Also, customers will not be allowed to try on clothing at this time. 5 Pound Apparel will be adjusting its return policy according to be fair to you, the customers.
5 Pound Apparel will be offering curbside pickup as well as local delivery. And, of course, you can shop online.
A Cricket in the House is open for in-person shopping again.
For your protection and theirs, A Cricket in the House asks that you wear a mask inside the shop, use their hand sanitizer or put on a pair of their gloves, leave children at home, respect the limit of 20 customers in the shop at a time, touch as few items as possible, and pay by credit card if possible.
Heavy Heads Records has fully reopened. Their hours are noon-6 p.m., Wednesday-Sunday.
Heavy Heads Records asks that everyone be mindful of physical distancing inside the shop. They will only be able to have 10 customers in the shop at a time. Visit their Facebook page and their website for more information.
Moseley’s Discount Office Products is one of Springfield’s longest-running businesses. They have a great website for online shopping and their delivery services is impeccable. Moseley’s might adjust their business hours during the next 30 days. If they are not in the office when you call, leave a message or call Jeff at 417-860-8939.
Queen City Soda & Sweets is offering walk-in and pickup orders. Their hours are: Monday-Saturday, 11 a.m.-7 p.m.; Sunday, noon-5 p.m.

2.) Curbside drop-off and pick-up: Drop off a box of your labeled containers with a list of how much you need of each item and your phone number. The SOAP team will fill ’em up and give you a call when they are ready to be paid for and picked up. Just drive up and give them a call, they will run it out to your car for you!
3.) Deliver: It’s just like the milk man…but with your soap! Delivery days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. They will deliver within Springfield city limits. Not technically in SGF? Just call them. All deliveries will be pre-filled in their sanitized “SOAP Delivery Vessels”. Tell them how much you need of each product and they will charge you over the phone. Orders must be placed and paid for before 11 a.m. to get in on that day’s delivery. Orders can be placed by calling the shop during open hours or by filling out this form. They will call you for payment and delivery details. The SOAP team will text you a photo of your items at the door when they drop them off so you know when the coast is clear to come out and grab your goods. There is a $1 refundable bottle deposit and a $5 delivery fee that goes directly to the drivers.

Monday-Thursday, 10 a.m.-10 p.m.
Friday-Saturday: 10 a.m.-11 p.m.
Sunday, noon-7 p.m.

The Albatross Hookah Lounge & Fine Tobacco Emporium will be reopening the retail store for one customer at a time. They ask you to allow them to collect the items you’d like to purchase. In addition, they will only be accepting credit/debit cards for payment.

The smoking lounge will remain closed until further notice.
The Merry Moore is open for in-person shopping again.
There are slight changes to their store policies. The Merry Moore will only be able to have 10 customers in the store at a time and they will be providing hand sanitizer when you enter the store. Surface areas will be frequently wiped down.
