The Seville on historic Walnut Street began as the Springfield Life office building in 1906 and was remodeled for use as a hotel in 1928. Around 1940, a glass and aluminum storefront was added to the ground floor, and in 1999, The Seville was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Today, the building is home to Queen City residents and local businesses alike.
These spacious one and two bedroom apartments boast large floor plans and big windows, city views, all appliances, cable, and wifi included, and a prime, downtown location.
Shop original art, jewelry, and other treasures downstairs at Hawthorn Galleries; grab brunch at Gailey’s Breakfast Cafe (also downstairs); burn off the calories at the Ward Downtown Y; and take in a live show at nearby Springfield Little Theatre. It’s all just a few steps away at The Seville.
