Hi there Springfield, Missouri and surrounding areas!
My name is John Tsahiridis (Cha-he-read-us)
and a while back I decided to open my own Greek Restaurant, but not just any Greek Restaurant.
A Truly Authentic “what-you-will-find-in-Greece” Greek Taverna!
Featuring a variety of Greek Street Food staples that I grew up with, like REAL Greek Gyros!
These are not your common Chicago Style Gyros, which are made with processed beef/lamb.
GYROS in Greece, are made with hand sliced, hand-stacked, whole muscle meats! No Gluten, No MSG.
These are slow roasted on a vertical rotisserie, with Rotisserie Pork and Rotisserie Chicken being the most popular!
These are paired with sauces like TZATZIKI and others (We make everything from scratch).

It’s been a heckuva 2 years. 730 Days. 24 Months.
But the magic number is TWO,
so on Saturday 4th of July we are featuring:

$2 PORK GYROS
$2 CHICKEN GYROS
$2 FALAFEL PITAS
$2 BAKLAVA
$2.5 BEERS

**** RULES OF ENGAGEMENT ****
– Opening early at 10:30am & Closing early at 3pm (last order by 3pm)
– Last year there was a Line, so this year….
– …. Our Online Store & ALL Delivery Services will be turned off, as we Prioritize & Expedite in proper fair order our walk-in guests. (Dine in & Carryout)
– No Reservations.
– PLEASE limit up to 2 Gyro/Falafel Pita wraps per Order, per Guest.
