In a collaboration with Tie & Timber Beer Co., we are releasing a new beer called Kick’n with The Jinx. The beer is a hazy double IPA that was double dry hopped with Trident hops. The hops deliver a big punch of citrus & fruit characters that are reminiscent of candied oranges, mango & papaya. At 8.4% the body of the beer is full with a silky smooth mouthfeel. The beer has a nice balance between sweet grain and the bitterness as we added Amarillo hops throughout the boil.
Jen Leonard(owner & head brewer) & Curtis Marshall (owner) were actually the first two people that weren’t family or our architects to ever step foot into Lost Signal. They saw the start of our growth and we have both been very helpful to each other throughout the years. With sharing information or ingredients; the collaboration with T&T has been a very beneficial friendship. So I was extremely thrilled when Jen reached out and we started planning a collaboration brew day. This is a new beer for both of us and we are very excited to share what we have come up with. The beer will be released at both locations Tuesday, April 13th.
