Join Essential Yoga Studio’s owner and yoga teacher Sunni Nutt for breathtaking rooftop sunrise yoga at Moxy Springfield, in celebration of the Spring season on Sunday, April 19 from 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM. Think spring garden party meets the mat!

Together, we’ll explore the elements that support spring growth and blooming – air, water, and earth – through yoga asana (poses and movement), breathwork, and intention-setting.

This practice is open and accessible to all. Bring your yoga mat and any props you’d like to use in your practice. Chairs will be available for any participant who prefers a chair-based practice.

Dress comfortably for movement – floral, flowy, and fun! Journals are welcome to jot down your intentions and experience.

All tickets include a 60-minute yoga practice plus one smoothie or coffee drink of your choosing per person.
