It’s time to celebrate the most Springfield event in the history of our fair city – The Great Cobra Scare of ’53. It’s been 70 years since cobras terrorized Springfield and Mother’s Brewing is throwing an anniversary party. The Almighty Sando Shop will be there with a special menu and there will be a Wild Cobra vertical flight special. The finer details:
2 p.m. – Snake Hunt Registration
2:30 p.m. – The retelling of the Cobra Scare & firkin tapping
3 p.m. – Tour the brewery and lear about sours
4-5:30 p.m. – Dickerson Park will be in the BarrelHouse with snake ambassador animals
5:30 p.m. – A second sour tour if you missed the first one
