Fall Flavors

Join the Springfield Craft Beer Collective and your favorite Springfield breweries for the 3rd Annual Harvest Beerfest on October 14 at The Old Glass Place. Get tickets here.

Halloween Pairing Flights are back at Hold Fast Brewing on October 17. You get six pours of Hold Fast beer that has been expertly matched to your favorite classic Halloween candies!

Gailey’s Breakfast Cafe is full of those fall flavors we love! From Pumpkin Chicken and Waffles to the Hocus Pocus martini, they’ve got everything you need for the perfect fall brunch.

Civil Kitchen has Boulevard’s More S’more on tap for a limited time! It’s a barrel-aged imperial stout with flavors of graham cracker and toasted sugar.

Free FilmStubs screening of Donnie Darko at the Moxie Cinema on October 12 at 7 p.m. There will be a discussion following the film. Tickets will be available the day of the screening at concessions.

Halloween

Track-or-Treat returns to Hammons Field, presented by Xtream, on October 28, 4-9 p.m. Sign up info coming soon!

This Halloween, Martha’s Vineyard is flipping “Upside Down” on October 28 and 29. Join the amazing cast of performers for a show full of special effects, insane makeup, costumes and so much more. After the show each night, is their annual Costume Contests with tons of prizes, giveaways and more!

The Hold Fast Halloween Bash will have costume contests, staff pumpkin carvings, live music from the Isaac Kenneth Band and Bada Bing Wings will be on-site dishing out some Halloween goodness on October 29. 

Springfield Brewing Company’s Classic Beer Mile Series “THE HALLOWEEN COSTUME mile” is October 29 at 4 p.m. Dawn your costume to run four laps around The Cellar, drinking a full 12oz can of beer (5.0% minimum ABV) BEFORE each lap. There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and last place, as well as best costume! Learn more in the Facebook event.

Halloweekend with Really Bad People & Bully at SBC’s The Cellar on October 29. Wear a costume! There will be a costume contest ($5 to enter) and the winner will receive $100!

Christ Church is hosting a community-wide Trunk-or-Treat on October 30, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. There will be games, food and candy – lots of candy.
