Overlooking historic Park Central Square, the Holland Building has been in continual use as an upscale office building since it was built in 1914. Beginning in 2000, new owners have completely renovated the building with updated restrooms, office finishes and HVAC systems. At the same time, original mosaic tile floors, marble walls, transom hall windows and ornate lobby crown molding were uncovered and/or renewed. Spaces can be a single office or a suite of rooms.
