The Dancing Soundman Production Instruction Series is a 6-part monthly seminar series focused on the technical side of audio careers, how to run house sound and venue set up. These monthly events are designed to impart a basic working knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems and their functionality. There will be a combination of lecture-style and live hands-on demonstrations with the experts!

***Volume 1 the basics of signal flow were laid out and there was a broad overview of PA systems. In Volume 2 there was a deep dive into the world of EQ and Dynamic Control. For Volume 3, the discussion will focus on mic placement and acoustic behaviors!

-The third session is Thursday, October 20 at SBC’s the Cellar at 7 p.m.
-Doors open at 5 p.m.
-Admission is $15 for an individual or -$100 for VIP group of up to 8.
-Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
