Kokoro Training Academy is a facility focused on improving quality of life. We provide Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for adults and kids through group classes and private lessons for all experience levels. We offer group self defense courses, small group fitness, personal training and nutrition coaching. We are a downtown provider for healthy meal options from Eat Fit Go meals.
