Back again! This light, crisp Table Saison was fermented using a mixed culture for over a year in wine barrels. It then underwent a secondary fermentation with fresh, pureed raspberries and just a touch of vanilla. The result is a sweet, tart, crisp cocktail meant to be crushed.
