Join us for a fun and engaging 201 level sourdough class! At this event we will dive deep into fermentation times, maintaining a healthy starter, and how to analyze your bread’s crumb. After the teaching portion, there will be an extended time of Q&A to answer all your sourdough questions (photos of your bread and starter can be helpful in these conversations!).

 

Event is located at Architect Coffee Co. in the back meeting room. Ticket includes a drink of choice (let them know you are with our group at the counter). Event runs approx. 1 hr.
