Come out and get your holiday cheer on!  Each participant receives a 5-piece Santa suit to run in, this includes a hat, beard, coat, pants and belt, with lots of hot chocolate and cheery snacks to look forward to at the finish line.

  • Age groups: <14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-79, 80+
  • Awards will be available for pickup at Fleet Feet the day after the race.  There will be no awards ceremony on race day.

Packet Pickup:

  • Friday, December 11th 12-7 pm at Fleet Feet Springfield.
  • We recommend picking up your suit on Friday so you can make sure it fits properly.  Much like a store-bought Halloween costume, the suit may require a safety pin or two if you land between sizes.

Miscellaneous:

  • If you plan to use your own costume or a Santa Suit from a previous year, you can select the option to use your own and save on waste.
  • Dogs and strollers are welcome; we request that they start at the back so no one trips.

Special note: The fee for this race will be refundable in the event of a cancellation due to health/safety.

Health and safety note: We will be taking extra precautions to safely hold the race. Sanitizing stations will be widely available.  All participants, spectators and volunteers must have their temperature taken via infrared thermometer and will sign a document stating that they have been free of covid19 symptoms within 72 hours of the race date as well as providing information for contact tracing.  All volunteers & staff directly interacting with participants will be required to wear masks.  There will be a wave start and all runners must wear a face mask or buff over their mouth and nose while lined up for the start and may remove their covering once clear of the starting gate.  Runners and spectators should exercise social distancing.  Adherence to these requirements is mandatory for all participants, spectators and volunteers without exception.

Aid Stations cannot be present this year due to extra precautions required.  We encourage all to bring their own hydration and nutrition.  Fleet Feet stocks a wide variety of handheld bottles, hydration belts and vests for all who require them.
