This beer boasts a very generous amount of the New Zealand hop, Rakau, as well as the very citrus forward American hop Falconers Flight. This hop combination gives the beer a nice mix of grapefruit, orange and lemon citrus as well as a pineapple and sweet fruit characteristics.
