In the Level 1 Attunement (1:30-4:30 p.m.), you’ll discuss what Reiki is (and what it is not), the history of Reiki, exercises to feel energy, the attunement, hand positions, and hands-on practice. Manual and certificate of completion included.
Level 2 covers the chakras, working with Reiki symbols, distance healing and the attunement. Manual and certificate of completion included.
Note: Level 1 and 2 may be taken in the same day.
